Lauren is a lawyer by trade, with more than 15 years working in legal, governance and compliance-related roles in the public sector and statutory bodies (e.g. Australian Taxation Office, Australian Securities and Investments Commission, Gold Coast Institute of TAFE, and most recently, Southern Cross University).
Lauren is passionate about the design and implementation of governance solutions that balance assurance requirements with the practicalities of management, within the client’s risk appetite.
In her role as General Manager – HealthWork Solutions Pty Ltd, Lauren supports new clients to identify their needs and build robust governance and other frameworks to ensure sustainable, ongoing operations and enhance their reputations.
