Tom Coogan BBus FCA is Chief Operating Officer of HealthWork Solutions and Chief Financial Officer/Company Secretary of the HealthWork International group of companies.
Tom has been a Registered Tax Agent for over 40 years and is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia having held a practising certificate with the Institute for over 35 years. As a practice Principal, Tom focussed on business services and development, compliance and governance for small to medium enterprises, including small cap listed public companies, unlisted public companies and incorporated associations.
Tom has acted as accountant, auditor and tax agent for numerous Not for Profit Incorporated Associations and provided assistance with meeting the compliance requirements attached to Associations incorporated as companies limited by guarantee under the Corporations Law and Associations incorporated under Associations Incorporations Acts. Tom manages the Treasury, Compliance and Governance support to clients of AHP Associations Management.
